Question: I am experiencing trouble with placing an order, what can I do?

-Try to use our application instead of the desktop. This is not an usual problem, so it might has something to do with 1 of your devices.
-Check our Article: "Errors?! Work Work" to see any news about current errors or failures on the website, so it might be already known and we are working on it!
Nothing worked so far? No worries:
-Please open a ticket on alibay.tech -> Top Right Navigation Bar: Open a Ticket.
-Select Category Orders
and send us the ticket with also a message included briefly explaining the problem. We will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the issue!
