Orders - I can not select a specific Product?

Question: I am trying to select a specific product on the website, but I can't select it. What is going on?!


Answer: That's weird, we of course hope that you tried to select other products to see if the issue appears there as well!

Please be so kind to check the following steps:

-Did you try to select another product to see if the problem occurs there as well?

-Did you try to swap from browser? For example if you use Mozilla you can try to use Microsoft Edge.

-Our Alibay App! Is it possible there to select that same specific product?

If not? Please be contact us by doing the following:

-Please open a ticket on alibay.tech -> Top Right Navigation Bar: Open a Ticket.

-Select Category Orders

-Take a screenshot of the actual product + error (if excists).

and send us the ticket with also a message included briefly explaining the problem. We will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the issue!
